Grenada Citizenship by Investment
National Transformation Fund (NTF) donation: USD 235,000 non-refundable contribution covering a single applicant or a family of up to four, under the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Act No. 15 of 2013
Additional dependents under NTF: USD 25,000 per dependent beyond the first four (parents, grandparents, and dependent siblings included)
Real estate investment (shared ownership): USD 270,000 minimum in a government-approved tourism accommodation project, plus USD 50,000 additional non-refundable contribution; property held for at least five years before resale
Real estate investment (full unit): USD 350,000 minimum in a government-approved real estate project outside the tourism accommodation sector, plus USD 50,000 additional non-refundable contribution; property held for at least five years

Grenada citizenship by investment is administered by the Investment Migration Agency (IMA) under the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Act No. 15 of 2013. Eligible applicants obtain Grenadian citizenship and a passport in approximately 4 to 6 months through either a non-refundable USD 235,000 donation to the National Transformation Fund (NTF) covering a single applicant or a family of up to four, or a USD 270,000 minimum investment in a government-approved real estate project held for at least five years. Grenada is the only Caribbean CBI program with an E-2 Treaty Investor Visa pathway to the United States.
Grenada combines visa-free access to 146 countries including China and the Schengen Area, 0% personal income, capital gains, inheritance, and wealth tax on foreign-source income, and an E-2 Treaty Investor Visa pathway not available through any other Caribbean CBI program. The Investment Migration Agency operates exclusively through government-licensed agents.
